Vickie Sowers has been the organist/choir director at St. Mark since July of 1985. She started playing the organ at Zion in October of 1986 and later took on the duties of choir director. Vickie has a B.S. degree in music education and a M.A. in piano performance from Radford University. She currently is the choral director at Carroll County Intermediate and Carroll County High in Hillsville. She also is the co-director of the Floyd Community Chorus. She enjoys reading and relaxing at home with her husband, Joe.
